With Latest Minor Release several exciting new features are introduced: fully responsive Web interface for Service Tracking, voice enabled Service Tracking, new minibar and room status reports
Service Tracking – New fully responsive Web interface With this release, we continue to embrace new technologies and frameworks to ensure the HSC Service Tracking suite remains the best application for processing Service requests. With new Interface Operators can create, edit and monitor requests in simple and structured way that requires no major operational effort.

Service tracking is now voice enabled Forward service requests to mobile staff using voice massages.

New reports HSC powerful reporting module has been enhanced with two new reports showing minibar posting and room status events.

Do you need new reports? With help from our Professional Services Team quickly implement and create new report types based on your needs.
